Pokéworks Chain Expanding to Bellevue in January

Hot off an opening in downtown Seattle, Pokéworks is opening a second Washington location in Bellevue next month. The new Washington shop is coming to 222 Bellevue Way sometime in January. Expect the same menu of eight pre-built  "signature works" bowls with ingredients like Ahi tuna, sous vide shrimp, seaweed, cucumber, and ponzu sauce, or opt to build "Poke Your Way," which allows customers to customize their own bowls, burritos, or salads, adding protein sauces, and toppings. There are also a handful of sides, including miso soup, roasted seaweed, and mango coco jelly.

The Bellevue location will feature sustainably-sourced reclaimed wood in its decor, and the space will be similar in size to the downtown Seattle restaurant.
